iHSC Vendors & Advertisers....... To Our Vendors and Advertisers: We are excited and amazed that we are already moving into the 11th Year of the IHSC. The event will be held April 29th – May 2nd, 2010. Once again, due to the reviews and requests from our attendees, we will be returning to the historic Deauville Beach Resort. The wonderful layout and size of the ballrooms and pool area, in addition to it’s beachfront location (Miami Beach!) and direct access to 24 hour food and pharmacy, have made it an overwhelming favorite with our guests. For those of you who have attended or exhibited at the IHSC in past years, we will once again be offering our “Vendor’s Alley”, which is adjacent to our main ballroom. With floor to ceiling windows, the “Vendors Alley” overlooks the pool and the beach, keeping the monotony of the typical lack of natural light that is often present when vending at these events. IHSC will be making a concerted effort this year, to keep many of the activities in the Main Ballroom, thus giving our vendors optimal chance for exposure of their products. With our competitive price structuring for our vendors, we feel the IHSC offers vendors a unique situation to showcase their products to dance enthusiasts from multiple styles of partner dance, both social and competitive. As with every year, the registrations and inquiries have already begun. The buzz for 2010 has been very good, and we are expecting to surpass last years numbers in terms of attendance. We once again will expect a full house! For those people who would rather spend their weekend partying, but are still interested in advertising their services, we are also offering a variety of very affordable rates to advertise in our Event Program. Many attendees have been coming to our event year after year, and our programs are retained as souvenirs.
